Products & Availability

All Love Creations pieces are handcrafted in limited quantities. While we strive to keep stock updated, occasional availability changes may occur. In such cases, clients will be contacted and offered an alternative or refund.

Due to the handmade nature of our products, slight variations may occur and are considered part of the uniqueness of each piece.

Custom & Personalised Orders

Many Love Creations pieces are handcrafted and personalised especially for each client.

Once production has begun, custom or personalised orders cannot be cancelled, returned, or exchanged, except in the rare case of a manufacturing defect.

Estimated preparation and delivery times are shared at order confirmation. During busy periods, slight delays may occur, and clients will always be informed.

Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in AED. Prices may change without prior notice.

Payments are processed securely through our website payment partners to ensure safe transactions.

Delivery

Delivery is currently available within the United Arab Emirates only. Estimated delivery time is 1–3 business days, excluding personalised orders which may require additional preparation time.

Returns & Exchanges

Exchange requests must be made within 48 hours of receiving the order.

Items must be unused and in original condition. Delivery fees are non-refundable.

Personalised items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Intellectual Property

All Love Creations designs, images, branding and website content remain the property of Love Creations and may not be copied, reproduced or used without permission.
